my default news is Collinsville but it keeps going to sunnyvale california how can I fix this?

on my home page I have Collinsville, illinois has my default local news but it keeps going to Sunnyvale, California.

Or it may be looking at the information that you have in your profile.

    In the Nwews module select "Options", then enter the sunnyvalle zip code and set it as your primary.
