If a person resides in Illinois, worked 3 different states, where do they file multi-state unemployment claim?

If an individual resides in Illinois, but worked in three different states, none of which were illinois, where and how do they go about filing a mult-state unemployment claim?

You file with Illinois, showing all the places you worked, and they have to sort it out with the other states.
