Now that Scott Brown has been seated in the Senate, will Burris be ejected?

Burris Becomes a Key Player on Health Care
Shunned illinois Senator Makes Waves for Saying He Won’t Vote for Bill Without Public Option
"It works this way: Burris stays mum about any bitterness he may feel about his reception, and he gets Obama’s Senate seat for two years. Democrats seat him, don’t speak of him, and get his loyal vote at a time when all 58 Democrats and two independents must vote together to prevent Republican filibusters. "
There is still an "ongoing" Senate ethics investigation of Burris. The only reason Burris is still in the Senate is that the head of the Senate ethics committee is Barbie Boxer (D CA), who is intentionally postponing the investigation purely for partisan political reasons.
Now that the Democrats have lost their fillibuster proof majority, why do they need Burris around anymore?
Or has the corruption of Burris gaining his seat paled in comparison to the corruption of the entire Obama administration, so he just seems to fit in with his surroundings now?
Burris has voted the strict Democrat party line. He is no threat to Reid or Obama. He did not live up to his pledge regarding the need for the public option. The guy is very easy to buy off. From the perspective of Reid and Obama, Burris is the perfect Senator: they can hold the prospect of kicking him out over his head to insure his cooperation. A year from now he will be gone.

They would have to drag Roland Burris from the capitol – kicking and screaming. Actually the way the Senate works, the election of Scott Brown doesn’t affect the seat of any other Senator.

Burris is a lame duck. He is not running for re-election. He voted for a Senate bill without the public option before so what’s to say he won’t do it again. Illinois will get a new Senator for 2011. Chicago politics have always been known for corruption and Obama is a product of Chicago politics. A person only has to perform a little logic to come up with the conclusion.
